Rotor Design Solutions has a direct partnership with a screw rotor manufacturer based in Italy. This factory has high precision CNC machines for both milling and grinding helical rotors and gears.
All manufactured rotor components are inspected to check the critical dimensions are within the tolerances supplied by the customer. The rotor profile and lead is checked using a Klingelnberg CMM. These measurements are supplied to the customer with the rotors for complete confidence in the quality of the component. This partnership allows Rotor Design Solutions to offer a full design and screw rotor manufacture service.
