Every rotor component undergoes rigorous quality control. Every stage of production utilizes premium equipment, including OKUMA lathes and machining centres, STUDER cylindrical grinders and SAMPUTENSILI profile grinders. Critical dimensions are inspected to meet customer-specified tolerances, and each rotor’s profile and lead are verified using KLINGENBERG and MITUTOYO measuring machines. Measurement reports are provided with every delivery, ensuring full traceability and confidence in product quality.

INTEC ROTORS powers its operations with a 700 kW photovoltaic system, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions.
